Warranty Policy
Part 1 Warranty time
For Standard:
Free 1 Year Engine and Frame Warranty ($100 Value)
Free 3 Months Parts Warranty ($50 Value)
For Extended:
6 month extended parts warranty (add $60-$400)
1 year extended parts warranty (add $100-$500)
Part 2 Warranty
The above warranty is offered if:
- The product is completely and correctly assembled by a certified automotive or motorcycle technician with documented proof of completion and PDI. (Pre-delivery inspection) The documented proof needs to be submitted within 2 weeks after receipt of bike.
- The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose.
- The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.
The warranty is automatically voided if one of the followings happens:
- Extreme riding, racing or competition
- Crash or accident
- Vandalism, fire or theft
The warranty does not cover:
- Loss of time without motorcycle
- Or reimburse any labor charges
- Any towing or shipping charges to and from
Part 3 Warranty Parts
The Warranty includes:
- Drive train components consisting of engine and transmission
- Electrical and external mechanical parts
The warranty does not include the standard wear and tear parts including but not limited to:
- Wheels (tires and rim)
- Clutches
- Lubricants
- Gaskets
- BatteriesM
- Body Parts (fenders, covers, housings, etc.)
- Brakes
- Brakes handles
- Spark Plugs
- Throttle grips
- Hoses
- Fuel lines, brake lines
- Filters
- Brake & clutch levers
- Light bulbs
- Seats & upholstery
- Electrical and external mechanical parts
In rare cases, if any parts are missing upon receipt, please submit warranty claim request within 2 weeks of arrival.
Part 4 Warranty claim --Regular
To file a warranty claim you will need to have the following things already done.
- Make sure you are still in your warranty period or Shipping Claim is filed within 48 hours of delivery.
- Make sure you have already gone through our Maintenance Section for proper diagnosis.
- Get a list of the parts you need to file a claim for replacement.
- You will need to include all your information as well as your vin number and pictures of the issue.
Fill out the form and submit. You will be contacted within 3 business days.

Part 5 Warranty Claim - Shipping Damages
You have 7 days to file a shipping damage claim. Below are the step-by-step instructions to make sure your claim will be validated.
- If you notice any major dents or tears, take pictures. With the delivery driver there, open the box where the dent/tear(s) is/are and carefully inspect bike to see if there are damages. If there are minor damages and you decide to accept the shipment, take pictures and note the damage(s) on the delivery confirmation form. You can let the driver leave at this point.
*Please note that we cannot validate a shipping claim if the damage is not noted down on the delivery slip.*
- Visit the warranty claim section and file a warranty claim of the damage(s) and attach pictures so that they may file a claim with the shipping company and send you a replacement part.
- If there is significant damage beyond repair, you should ask the driver to return shipment to the sender. Before you request the return, you must 1) contact your us first, 2) Take pictures of the damaged box, and 3) Note the reason for return on the delivery slip and sign the slip with the driver
If you decline a unit that is in riding condition there will be a 25% re-stocking fee so please use your best judgments. See details in returns & exchanges
Part 6 Receipt Instruction
Thank you for your purchase! In order to ensure your satisfaction and better customer service, we ask that you follow these instructions when you receive your order. If you properly follow these instructions, you can ensure that any problems you encounter will be addressed immediately, and you can begin the enjoyment of your bike sooner.
- Before the delivery driver arrives, have a camera (preferably digital) ready.
- After the delivery driver arrives and unloads your box, but before the delivery driver leaves, inspect the condition of the box carefully and note any major dents or tears in the cardboard box. Major dents or tears might be a sign that the bike inside is damaged from shipping. If there are no major dents or tears in the cardboard box, move on to the next step.
- If you notice any major dents or tears, take pictures. With the delivery driver there, open the box where the dent/tear(s) is/are and carefully inspect bike to see if there are damages. If there are minor damages and you decide to accept the shipment, take pictures and note the damage(s) on the delivery confirmation form. You can let the driver leave at this point.
- Visit the warranty claim section and file a warranty claim of the damage(s) and attach pictures so that they may file a claim with the shipping company and send you a replacement part.
- If there is significant damage beyond repair, you should ask the driver to return shipment to the sender. Before you request the return, you must 1) contact your us first, 2) Take pictures of the damaged box, and 3) Note the reason for return on the delivery slip and sign the slip with the driver
- Assembling the bike – all products need to be assembled and prepped by professional/licensed mechanics or the warranty will be voided.
- Before operating the bike, make sure you have done the following:
- Read the Owner’s Manual and Break-in instructions. Special Note: It is very important that you read the break-in instructions before operating. If not properly broken-in, the bike will have problems.
- Check and make sure that the engine oil and fuel are at their proper levels. Re-fuel if necessary.
- If you notice any parts missing upon receipt, you’ll need to contact us immediately and no later than 2 weeks of receipt of the bike.
- If you notice any damaged/non-operating parts as you start operating your bike, take pictures and contact us immediately.
