• How long is the warranty period?

We offer different warranty options (standard and extended) for all our products. You can verify the warranty  plan  you purchased on the sales confirmation copy.

• Concealed Shipping Damages/missing parts

In case you didn't note damage on the Delivery Slip (whether it is because you did not inspect the unit during  delivery or there is no visible damage to the packaging) but you discovered damages afterwards, this is  considered "Concealed Damages''. You will need to report all damages with pictures within 3 Calendar Days. We will NOT be able to cover any damaged parts and/or freight to send out replacement parts if we do not receive the damage report within 3 Calendar Days of delivery. Due to the nature of concealed damages, trucking companies  will not acknowledge any damage claim if the claim is not filed within the time frame. This also includes any parts that you notice are missing. We need pictures showing what is missing so they can be shipped.

• Coverage & Limitation

We warranty the products to be free of material defects in workmanship for the warranty period from the date your  product is delivered.

On-road: Mopeds/ Scooters, Trikes / 3 Wheel, Street bikes
 Engine is covered to be free from manufacturer defect for one (1) year. Parts are covered under warranty to be  free  from manufacturer defects for three (3) months.

On-road: Electric bikes
 Most electric bikes are covered under warranty to be free from manufacturer defects for thirty (30) days.  Extended  three (3) months warranty is available for some special models. Most batteries are covered under warranty to be  free  from manufacturer defects for six (6) months. Extended one (1) year warranty is available for some Li-ion  batteries.  Please check the product specifications for details.

Off-road: ATVs / 4 Wheelers, Go Karts / Dune Buggies, Dirt Bikes, UTVs
 ATVs / 4 Wheelers, Go Karts / Dune Buggies, Above 50cc Dirt Bikes, UTVs engine is covered to be free from  manufacturer defect for one (1) year. Parts are covered under warranty to be free from manufacturer defects  for three (3) months.  
 50cc and under off-road units engine is covered to be free from manufacturer defect for three (3) months. Parts are covered under warranty to be free from manufacturer defects for one (1) month.

Engines: All internal lubricated parts, i.e. pistons, piston rings, piston pins, connecting rods, rod bearings,  camshaft, camshaft bearings, timing chain, crankshaft, crankshaft main bearings, oil pump, water pump, valves,  valve  springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve lifters and valve push rods are covered. The engine head and cylinder  is  covered only if damage is caused solely by the mechanical failure of one or more internal lubricated components  listed above. Broken gears due  to damage from outside impact are not covered under the warranty.

Engine case: The Engine case is covered only if the damage is caused solely by the mechanical failure of one or  more  of the internal lubricated components listed above.

Drive system: All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case, i.e. differential,  differential gears, drive shaft, drive axles, CV joints, axle bearings, reverse gears and output shafts are  covered.  The drive axle housing as well as the reverse gearbox housing is covered only if damage is caused solely by the  mechanical failure of one or more or the internal lubricated components contained in the drive axle housing. Any  bent, broken or damaged parts in the drive system caused by outside impact, is not covered under this  warranty.

Fuel system: For carbureted vehicles, carburetor, vacuum fuel pump, intake manifold, fuel tank and fuel petcock  are  covered under this warranty. For fuel injected vehicles, fuel injectors, fuel pump, fuel rail and fuel pressure  regulator are covered under this warranty.

Electrical system: Stator, stator pickup, magneto, voltage regulator/rectifier, CDI, starter relay/starter  solenoid,  starter motor, coil, distributor assembly and injector relay are covered under this warranty.

Cooling system: Radiator, radiator cap, thermostat, thermostat housing, temperature indicator switch, cooling fan  motors, water pump and water pump housing are covered under this warranty.

Brake system: Calipers, drum housings, drum brake linkage, reservoirs, rotors, and lines are covered under this  warranty.

Chassis: Frame, swing arms, A‐arms, steering controls are covered under this warranty. Any bent, broken, damaged  parts due to outside impact are not covered under this warranty.

Transmission: All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case, i.e. flywheel, hydraulic  shift  linkage, kick start spindle, kick start secondary gear and transmission gears, are covered under this warranty.  The  transmission case itself is covered only if the damage is solely caused by the mechanical failure of one or more  of  the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case.

The following wear-and-tear parts are not covered under the warranty.  Tires, rims, body panels, fuses, forks, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs, seats, CV Boots, oil  filter, air filter, fuel filter, filters, clutch wear parts, cables, drive belt, chain, spark  plug, brake linings and/or pads, batteries, sprockets, external springs, clips, nuts,  bolts and fasteners, any part(s) made from rubber or plastics.

Chrome parts are covered for ten (10) days of delivery.

The warranty would remain in effect only under these circumstances:  --The product is used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.
 --There are no modifications or unauthorized repairs performed on the product.
 --The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

The following is not covered under this warranty.  --Labor
 --Loss of time or pay without vehicle
 --Towing or shipping charges

• WARRANTY LIMITATIONS OF 85% ASSEMBLY ORDERS

Initial assembly and preparation must be performed according to the Assembly Worksheet provided by the manufacturer. Additionally, all work must be performed by a professional mechanic (i.e. engine repair shop, motorcycle shop, or local auto repair shop) or an authorized dealer of the manufacturer to assure your vehicle is in good working condition. Upon completion,you must take a photo of the Assembly Worksheet signed by the technician that performed the service. You will need to provide proof of this service when filing a warranty claim, so (end-user) must keep your receipts.

If you are a licensed mechanic, you must provide a copy of your license when submitting the paperwork. Subject to the limitations stated in this agreement.

If you want to apply for warranty, please follow the following process.

1. Sign for the product.

2. Send the product to the professional mechanic for assembly and signed by the professional mechanic on the Assembly Worksheet.

3. Keep the receipt for this service then take pictures of the receipt and the Assembly Worksheet for your records. 

4. When applying for warranty, please provide the details of the damage as well as pictures of the receipt and the Assembly Worksheet to customer service so that your problem can be solved in time.

• Receipt Instruction & Shipping Damages

To ensure your satisfaction and better customer service, we ask that you follow these instructions when you  receive  your order. It will address any problems you should encounter and will allow you to enjoy your purchase sooner.

Before the delivery driver arrives, have a camera (preferably digital) ready.

Once the delivery driver arrives and unloads your box, and before he or she leaves, inspect the condition of the  box  carefully and note any dents or tears in the cardboard box. Dents or tears might be a sign that the product  inside  is damaged from shipping.

If you notice any dents or tears, take pictures. With the delivery driver there, open the box where the  dent/tear(s)  is/are and carefully inspect the product to see if there are damages. If there are minor damages, take pictures  and  note the damage(s) on the delivery confirmation form. You can let the driver leave at this  point.

File a warranty claim of the damage(s) at  https://www.megamotormadness.com/parts_request  and attach pictures so that we may file a claim with the shipping company and send you a replacement part.

If there are major damages, email service@megamotormadness.com customer service immediately. Do not refuse the shipment. Most  damages can be repaired by replacing plastics or other parts. A customer service representative will walk you  through the process of filling the initial report with the trucking company and warranty claim with  Megamotormadness.com.

You'll need to note the shipping damage on the delivery slip for any type of damages to ensure that your   warranty will be validated.

1. Assembling Of Your Product – please follow the PDI Instructions (refer to Maintenance Section for details)

2. If you notice any parts missing upon receipt, you'll need to contact us immediately or within five (5)  business days.

• Concealed Shipping Damages

• How to file a warranty claim?

Please email your Confirmation of Receipt form to service@megamotormadness.com.  This form will be attached to your shipment and must be signed by both you and the truck driver.

All warranty claims  need to be submitted through the website. We do not take new warranty claims over the phone. Once a warranty  claim  is submitted through the website, please allow 24-48 hours processing time. Your warranty claim will be answered  either through email or our mechanics will call you and provide tech support over the phone.
 For a Parts Request please fill out the following form located at https://www.megamotormadness.com/parts_request.  You will need the following information:

a) Model no.
 b) VIN no.
 c) Order no.
 d) Shipping Address (if different from order address)
 e) Photo of the defective part

Please also include a short description of the problem.
In some cases, defective parts maybe asked to be mailed back to MegaMotorMadness.We need to verify your replacement part is the correct one to send to you. We require the part back so we may monitor defective parts and notify the correct manufacturer of potential future problems. We need to verify that your part is in fact defective. Many times we receive parts that are not defective at all.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping to send back the defective parts.
The validity of any warranty claim is at sole discretion of MegaMotorMadness/E Commerce Inc.
Once a warranty claim is validated, replacement parts will be sent out at no extra charge for the first warranty order. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost on any additional warranty orders.

• How fast will we ship out your parts order?

We have 95% of parts in stock. Once a warranty claim is filed and confirmed, we will ship out the parts within  one  week. In rare cases where we do not have the parts in stock and have to order from overseas, the turnaround time  is  between 30-45 days.
